The cover and supporting components that are defective shall be replaced with factory manufactured components. - All tank top sumps have corroded lock rings which do not allowing the sump lid to seat to the sump. These must be replaced. The back fill surrounding the sumps are full of dirt and debris which is also preventing the sump lids from seating to the sump. This must be cleaned up.
