Failed to Empty the Tank to 1" or Less - Per 41 IAC 176.810 (a) (1), when tanks are placed out of service, the tank and all product lines must be emptied immediately. The UST is considered empty when all materials have been removed to one (1) inch or less. Upon reinspection on August 8, 2025, the tanks were stuck using water detection paste applied to the tank stick. Tank 5 was found to contain approximately 5 inches of product. No water was detected. |

Submit Notification Form For Ownership Change - Per 41 IAC 176.440 (g): a change of ownership notification must be submitted via the electronic notification form within thirty (30) days of a change in ownership. According to the Livingston County Clerkâs records, a Special Warranty Deed was executed on August 30, 2022.
