1, 2	Failed to Empty the Tank to 1" or Less - Per 175.810(a)(1), when placing tanks out of service, the tank and lines must be emptied immediately. The USTs are considered empty, when all materials have been removed to one inch or less. Upon my last inspection on 1/29/25, I took stick readings of each tank and both tanks had more than an inch of product (tank #1 - 7 inches & tank #2 - 30.5 inches). Tanks have been red tagged since 7/29/20.
1, 2	Remove tank(s) - Single-Walled, Over 30 Years Old and OOS Over One Year - Both tanks are single walled tanks, which were taken out of service on 7/29/20, and are approximately 50 years old. Per 175.810(e) tanks must be removed, as they are now condemned.
