The cover and supporting components that are defective shall be replaced with factory manufactured components. - T2 regular north STP sump lid needs to be repaired and or replaced so it can be opened. The handle is broken and it is wedged into the supporting rim. |

Precision line test required. - Multiple times throughout the last 2 years different sensors have been in alarm. At this time two of the sensors have been raised and there is product in dispenser 7/8. A precision line test is needed to confirm there is no line leaks. |
