Tanks Violations
2 Containment support components are cracked, deteriorated or missing. The cover and supporting components that are defective shall be replaced with factory manufactured components. - T2 regular north STP sump lid needs to be repaired and or replaced so it can be opened. The handle is broken and it is wedged into the supporting rim.
1, 2, 3 Line interstitial sensors have been raised and rendered inoperational. - Dispenser 7/8 and T1 STP sump has a raised sensor. Lower sensors. Dispenser 5/6 and T2 has sensors lying down. Sensors shall be stood up.
Facility Miscellaneous - There is product in dispenser 7/8. The product needs to be removed.
1 Miscellaneous - ATG is reading 47 gallons .82" of water in tank.
1, 2, 3 Precision line test required. - Multiple times throughout the last 2 years different sensors have been in alarm. At this time two of the sensors have been raised and there is product in dispenser 7/8. A precision line test is needed to confirm there is no line leaks.
2 Tank interstitial sensors in alarm or failed test, must repair or replace. - ATG is in alarm L5 High Liquid Alarm. It has been in alarm multiple times over the last 2 years. This shall be repaired so ATG is clear of alarms.
