Original notification form dated 4/25/1996 indicates the tanks are single wall fiberglass, with lined interior. An upgrade log dated 6/4/1993 verifying the work for upgrade permit 6529-1992UPG was sent in, which also indicated that the tanks were lined, single Wall fiberglass tanks. |
