Failed to Empty the Tank to 1" or Less - Per 175.810(a)(1) when placing tanks out of service, the tanks and lines must be emptied immediately. The UST is considered empty when all materials have been removed to one inch or less.Upon my reinspection on 3/27/2025, I took stick readings of each tank and found tank 2 had 6" , tank 3 had 8', and tank 4 had 5" of product. Neew red tags were placed on all 3 tanks that date. |

Financial responsibility must be reported yearly - Financial Responsibility shall be declared annually, and must be maintained until the tanks are removed or properly abandoned in place by a licensed UST decommissioning contractor. Remove tank(s) - Single-Walled, Over 30 Years Old and OOS Over One Year - These single wall tanks were taken out of service on 3/12/2014 and tanks 2 & 3 are 50 years old and tank 4 is 31 years old. Per 175.810(e) these tanks must be removed as they are condemned. Code 176.440(g), a change in ownership information must be reported on an electronic Notification for Underground Storage Tank form, within 30 days of the change.
