3 Line interstitial sensors have been raised and rendered inoperational. - 175.640 a) 2) All new and existing sump sensors must be installed so as to detect liquid per manufacturer's specifications or, if not specified by the manufacturer, at the lowest point in the sump.
3 Miscellaneous - Piping has a slight leak and there 7" inches of product in sump. Repair piping and remove product.
2 Open electrical conduit or junction boxes. - Conduit is broken under junction box in sensor well next to premium vapor well.
3 Precision line test required. - Tank #3 failed precision line test. Repair shall be made and another precision line test required with passing results entered into OSFM portal.
