9, 11 Dispensers - hoses cracked, split or worn and require replacement - Replace main hose.
9, 10, 11 Line interstitial sensors have been raised and rendered inoperational. - All UDC sumps. Section 175.640 a)2) All new and existing sump sensors must be installed so as to detect liquid per manufacturer's specifications or, if not specified by the manufacturer, at the lowest point in the sump.
10 Miscellaneous - ATG shows Diesel has 19 gallon and 1.53" of water.
9, 10, 11 Piping interstitial must be open in all sumps - 175.420 b) Unless otherwise required by the manufacturer, the dispenser product piping sump jumper tubes shall be removed or the product piping test boots pulled back after testing to allow the interstice to be open to the sump sensors. This is for all sumps.
9, 10, 11 Spill prevention equipment contains liquid/debris and must be cleared of materials and maintained clean and dry. - 175.405 a) 1) A) Spill containment equipment that will prevent release of product to the environment when the transfer hose is detached from the fill pipe (e.g., a spill catch basin). Spill containment equipment shall be maintained in a dry, clean state.
