3 Line interstitial sensor functional test not accomplished (Required annually). - STP and UDC sensors need to be tested.
Facility Miscellaneous - 30 day walkthrough needs to be acompanied by a monthly stand alone sensor test. Left form onsite.
Facility Miscellaneous - Permit states a positive shutdown sensor was installed in the STP sump in 2021. There is no sensor programmed into the ATG. Protanics report from 2025 states both sensors are stand alone. This needs to be claified.
3 Tank monitor does not appear to function properly and requires maintenance. - Green light is not functioning.
3 Triennial testing for qualifying piping containment sump not completed (Required every 3 years). - STP sump needs hydrostatic testing.
