Perform a site assessment - A site assessment and related reports must be conducted or prepared under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Engineer or Licensed Professional Geologist. Within 45 days after receipt of lab results, a Site Assessment Results Form must be submitted electronically, indicating whether the results indicate “contamination or no contamination” of a release has occurred, along with associated lab results.
