1, 2, 5 Dispensers - hoses cracked, split or worn and require replacement - Replace main hose. There's cracks at the bend.
6, 7 Drop tube valve or overfill alarm failed inspection. Repair or replace equipment. - Overfill drop tubes failed testing on 2/17/26. Repair or replace overfill drop tubes and retest. Passing results shall be entered on OSFM portal. Both east and the west drop tubes failed.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Line interstitial sensors have been raised and rendered inoperational. - All sensors in STP sumps are raised. Section 175.640 a)2) All new and existing sump sensors must be installed so as to detect liquid per manufacturer's specifications or, if not specified by the manufacturer, at the lowest point in the sump.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Piping interstitial must be open in all sumps - Check all STP sumps. 175.420 b) Unless otherwise required by the manufacturer, the dispenser product piping sump jumper tubes shall be removed, or the product piping test boots pulled back after testing to allow the interstice to be open to the sump sensors.
