4 Dispensers - hoses cracked, split or worn and require replacement - Replace main hoses. Dispenser #15 has slight leak at breakaway and nozzle. Dispenser #16 has slight leak at nozzle. All leaks shall be repaired when main hoses are replaced.
1, 2, 3, 4 Piping interstitial must be open in all sumps - 175.420 b) Unless otherwise required by the manufacturer, the dispenser product piping sump jumper tubes shall be removed or the product piping test boots pulled back after testing to allow the interstice to be open to the sump sensors. This is for all sumps.
1, 2, 3, 4 Spill prevention equipment contains liquid/debris and must be cleared of materials and maintained clean and dry. - 175.405 a) 1) A) Spill containment equipment that will prevent release of product to the environment when the transfer hose is detached from the fill pipe (e.g., a spill catch basin).
