1, 2, 3 Annual leak detection certification not completed (Required annually). - Annual leak detection testing shall be performed and passing results entered on OSFM portal.
1, 2, 3 Annual line precision and mechanical line leak detector functional test not completed. - System has MLLD without UDC or STP sensors so a precision test is required annually.
3 Spill prevention equipment failed triennial testing. Must be repaired or replaced. - Tanks spill bucket failed triannual testing on 5/19/2025. Repair or replace spill bucket and retest. Passing results shall be placed on OSFM portal.
1, 2 Tank interstitial sensor functional test not accomplished (Required annually). - Section 175.630f)2) The interstitial monitoring system must be tested every year pursuant to Section 175.610(a)(4) to verify its operation and records from the 2 previous tests must be kept on site, or available within 30 minutes or before OSFM completes its inspection, whichever is later. Testing of the system sensors shall be done in such a way as to verify their function but not damage the sensors. This testing shall be done by a licensed contractor. Interstitial monitoring must also comply with the requirements of Section 175.640.
