The UST is considered empty when all materials have been removed to one inch or less. As of 10/15/2026, tank 4 has 3,215 gallons or approximately 64 inches of product and tank 5 has 86 gallons or approximately 6.23 inches of product in the tank, as confirmed by the automatic tank gauge.
