Submit Notification Form For Tank Status Change - Ms. Guttierrez states that the tanks are no longer being used. I informed her that they should be put of service via a Notification form and product removed to <1 inch.
Link to form: https://sfm.illinois.gov/about/divisions/petroleum-chemical-safety/applications-and-forms.html
Tanjs are 20 year old single wall tanks and are subjec to 41 IAC 175.810, if tanks are out of service more than 5 years they are condemned and must be removed.
Tanks were red tagged due to alarms and lack of AB Operator. |
