Perform a site assessment - Tanks 3 & 4 were removed on 6/11/24. Tank removals require a site assessment pursuant to 41 Il. Adm. Code 176.330. The site assessment must be conducted or prepared under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist. Within 45 days after receipt of lab results from a full site assessment the Site Assessment Results form and analytical data must be submitted to the OSFM.
