Annual tank impressed current system appears not to be operational. - Found lock cut off and impressed current rectifier turned off upon arrival at site. Unknown how long the rectifier has been turned off. Last known power on was at the last annual testing in September 2023.
Need to re test system to make sure an issue has not occurred and system can be brought into service without repair. Date of log, hours on meter, voltage and amp need to be on 30 day log reports. |
