Tanks Deficiency
5, 6 Containment support components are cracked, deteriorated or missing. The cover and supporting components that are defective shall be replaced with factory manufactured components. - STP sump lids do not close properly and can be dislodged if ran over by vehicles. Repair must be made so they close properly.
7 Line interstitial sensors have been raised and rendered inoperational. - Sensors must be lowered to the lowest point of the sump or per manufactures specification.
5, 6, 7 Piping interstitial must be open in all sumps - 175.420 b) Unless otherwise required by the manufacturer, the dispenser product piping sump jumper tubes shall be removed or the product piping test boots pulled back after testing to allow the interstice to be open to the sump sensors. This is for all sumps.
